What is your hidden talent?
I can juggle pins!
What is an academic accomplishment that you are proud of?
I am proud that my GPA has only gotten better, and it has been consistently trending upward since a slow start in my freshman fall.
What sparked your interest in STEM?
I just love learning more about our world through science, and that passion has driven me to where I am now!
What is your vision for life after graduation?
I want to be a physician working in Wisconsin, with the ability to travel to poverty-stricken countries to provide care whenever I get the chance.
What advice would you give a friend considering becoming a peer leader?
Don’t be afraid to get out of your comfort zone! Becoming a peer leader is a great opportunity to push yourself into new territory and to grow as a person.
What have you learned through your experience of being a peer leader?
I have learned that being a leader is about having a good connection with the people around you before anything else.
