Dark chocolate peanut butter cups, clementines, and bananas.
What is an academic accomplishment that you are proud of?
Writing a paper on probiotics.
What sparked your interest in STEM?
How it can change the course of the world.
What is your vision for life after graduation?
Doing research that changes the way nutrition and health are approached after doing a PhD and inspiring other people to do the same by being a professor.
What advice would you give a friend considering becoming a peer leader?
Take initiative and make your voice heard.
What have you learned through your experience of being a peer leader?
I have learned how to learn from others and treat everything as an opportunity to learn and grow.
