How to Borrow Books
There are two easy ways to check out books:
- Email Miranda Mellen, WISCIENCE Program Coordinator (mlmellen@wisc.edu) with the name(s) of the book(s) you would like to check out. She will let you know the next steps.
- Stop by the WISCIENCE Library during office hours, fill out a check out form, and take your book(s).
Books can be checked out for 6 weeks. While we don’t have fines for overdue books, we do ask that you return them in a timely manner so that others may read them.
How to Return Books
Stop by the WISCIENCE Library during office hours. Place your books in the return basket and fill out the return form.
The Little Free Library
We have a Little Free Library, too! Books in this box are free for you to take and keep. You can also leave a book here that you no longer want.
Note: please only take books from this box and not elsewhere on the shelves. If you are unsure, please ask a WISCIENCE staff member.
