If you could choose anyone for a mentor, who would it be?
I would choose Taylor Swift!

What is your favorite place on campus?
I love the Discovery Center! It is a great study spot and has the best coffee shop on campus: Aldo’s!

What extracurricular activities are you involved in?
I am involved in Swim Club UW and Wisconsin Premed Society. I am a Dean’s Ambassador for L&S and an RA for the Social Kids Lab. I also volunteer at UW Health and work as a lifeguard at the Rec centers on campus.

What do you like most about Madison?
I love that the city really revolves around the campus and student life! There is always something fun to do off-campus during all of the seasons! It truly is the best college town!

What are your favorite snacks for a study session?
I love a sweet treat such as chocolate! And I also always have to have something salty like chips!

What is an academic accomplishment that you are proud of?
I am proud to have made it on the Dean’s List for most of the semesters I have had so far here at Madison

What have you learned through your experience of being a peer leader?
The best part about being a peer leader is connecting with the students and guiding them through their first semester. I have learned new communication skills and gained an admiration for the first-year experience through the eyes of the freshmen I work with! Seeing their growth in just a semester is incredible.

What sparked your interest in STEM?
I have always been around STEM as both of my parents are in the healthcare field. From a young age, I have enjoyed my science classes and have loved conducting hands-on experiments. As I grew up, I knew I wanted to do something healthcare related to combine my love for STEM and love for helping others!

What is your vision for life after graduation?
My vision for life after graduation is to be in med school somewhere living out my dream of becoming a physician! After many more years of schooling, I would hope to get established in my job and eventually start a family of my own!
