What is your favorite place on campus?
My favorite place on campus is the MSC at the WSB, even though I am not part of the business school. It has snacks and fun events, and it provides a safe space for students of color to study.

What do you like most about Madison?
I like the aesthetics of the UW campus and how each building displays UW-Madison’s rich history and provides abundant spaces for students.

What are your favorite snacks for a study session?
My favorite snacks for a study session are Snickers bars, Rice Krispies, and Takis.

What is your hidden talent?
My hidden talent is that I love oratory! I will participate in public speaking any chance I get.

What is an academic accomplishment that you are proud of?
An academic accomplishment I am proud of is being able to persevere through my difficult physics classes and always finding a way to have fun while doing it!

What are you looking forward to about being a peer leader this semester?
I look forward to inspiring, mentoring, and guiding newcomers in the STEM field and showing them the various opportunities, research, and clubs on campus that will better support their preparation and future aspirations in a specialized area.

What sparked your interest in STEM?
Quantum computing! I really want to participate in the newly founded wave of quantum technology and exploit its potential for human advancement.

What is your vision for life after graduation?
Ideally after graduation, I would like to get my masters or doctorate in quantum computing/engineering and work with companies like CERN, IBM Quantum, Google, ColdQuanta, etc. I also would like to participate in outreach programs, as I believe that spreading a passion for STEM is essential to increasing POC and minority participation in these fields.
