BioScholars Postdoctoral Program

The BioScholars program was created to support postdoctoral scholars working on components of the Foundations for Success in Undergraduate Biology initiative, funded by a 2010 grant from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI). Postdocs gained skills in discipline-based education research and/or in program development and developed programs and courses and/or completed research projects related to programs and courses created through the initiative. The Foundations initiative focused on serving first-year, first-generation, low-income, and underrepresented minority undergraduates in the biological sciences.
